By placing an order with AZ Sign Shop.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Walk-up copies are paid at the time of printing Jobs that require
presswork and or specialty printing and materials including graphics,
digital files etc. are paid in advance. We accept cash, money orders,
cashier checks, debit and credit cards. Revolving accounts are also
available. A fee of $35.00 for returned checks in addition to amount
Purchases made by Credit Card-
Purchases made by credit card for the short term may show the vendor as

Prices are subject to change without notice. We work hard to keep our
prices competitive and consistent, but when our vendors increase their
prices we may at times have to adjust our prices. We honor our
estimates/quotes for 30 days unless otherwise stated. AZ Sign Shop
reserves the right to refuse printing of subject matter that we deem
Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related
obligations and work performed at the time of cancellation. The amount
will be calculated and subtracted from the upfront payment. In addition,
a 35% administrative fee on the total will be charged for any
cancellations. Balance of any amounts will be held as store credit
for future orders. If any costs exceed the amount paid (i.e deposits),
you are still obligated to make payment in full. Due to the custom
nature of signage, there are no Returns for orders..
Accuracy of Specifications-
Quotations are based on the accuracy of specifications provided to us
by the customer. If we discover after accepting a digital file that
there are corrections or modifications needed we will notify the
customer Immediately at which time a decision will be made weather there
will be additional costs and how the customer wishes us to proceed. We
make every effort to quote a job accurately, but in the event of
unforeseen circumstances or costs, we will notify customer if delays
AZ Sign Shop workmanship and quality follow the general industry
standards. AZ Sign Shop warrants that their products meet industry
standard. AZ Sign Shop makes no other warranties and no actions or words
of AZ Sign Shop officers, employees or agents shall constitute a
The customer represents that they have the legal right to produce or
reproduce all printed materials ordered from the AZ Sign Shop. In the
event that a charge, claim, demand or proceeding is made against AZ Sign
Shop based upon illegal and or wrongful acts by the customer or that
the product produced or printed at the request of the customer infringes
any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person or
contains matter that is slanderous, libelous, defamatory or obscene. The
customer shall indemnify and hold AZ Sign Shop harmless from and
against any loss, damages, costs and expenses arising from or related to
the claim including without limitation: (1) defending AZ Sign Shop
against any claim (2) paying any judgment or award against the customer,
and (3) reimbursing AZ Sign Shop for any legal fees and expenses it
reasonably incurs in responding.
AZsignShop.com follows generally accepted Trade Practices. AZ Sign Shop
strives to produce the exact amount requested. If there are overruns,
we will offer to customer at a reduced price. If customer needs an exact
amount, we suggest that a min of 5% overage be ordered at the time the
order is placed.
Quoted prices do not include shipping or handling fees. Shipping
can be arranged, upon request, calculated on the weight shipped. AZ Sign
Shop is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. It is
suggested that the customer arrange for insurance with the carrier. FOB
is Flagstaff, Arizona.
By accepting a completed job, the customer acknowledges that the
performance is satisfactory. Customer must inspect product upon receipt.
No part of a product can be used if customer is putting in a claim
against the order. AZ Sign Shop keeps a copy of the job, on file, for 30
days. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the
customer, in writing, within 7 days from receipt.
Right to Subcontract- AZ Sign Shop reserves the right to subcontract or assign any portion of a job to another company.
AZ Sign Shop will make every effort to provide the highest quality that
their equipment is capable or producing. AZ Sign Shop follows Industry
Standards. Because of variations that can occur during production, we
are not held responsible for those issues which fall within the normal
range of acceptable variations, according to trade practices. These
variations may include but are not limited to: color variations, offset
smudges, picking, cutting, size discrepancies etc. (Refer to the
Printers Industry Standards)
AZ Sign Shop will not share or sell any information that has been
gathered during order processing with anyone. We use our customer
information in house, for the sole purpose of order fulfillment.
Samples- AZ Sign Shop can use customers printed products for samples or promotional advertising purposes.
Electronic Manuscripts- Images- Customers
are responsible for keeping originals of hard copies and digital files
of artwork, transparencies and instructions of all requested work. AZ
Sign Shop is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media
supplies by customer or for errors on supplied artwork files, hard
copies etc. The customer is responsible for proofing copy/files prior to
submitting for reproduction. AZ Sign Shop makes no claims or promises
about their ability to complete a job until they have had time to
review. AZ Sign Shop assumes no liability for problems that may arise
because of content or condition of information given by customer. Unless
otherwise requested, customers work request will be fulfilled as
submitted. Upon request of customer and for a fee, AZ Sign Shop will
review submission (disk, Hard Copies) and point out problems that may
affect quality of work. Customer must resubmit corrected work with a
written request to perform. Proofs- AZ Sign Shop charges a fee
for pre-press proofs. It is advised that customer request a proof of
their job prior to production so that they can review and approve.
Proofs must be returned to AZ Sign Shop marked O.K.or "Revised
Proof Required" signed by customer. If proofs are waived AZ Sign
Shop is not responsible for undetected errors. All requests must be in
Exact Color Matching-
There will be a difference between what you see on your computer screen
and what is produced. The differences are caused by a variety of
reasons such as paper type, ink, equipment etc. AZ Sign Shop will
perform our production work as determined by generally accepted trade
technical methods. We do not guarantee an exact color match to art
submitted. If art is submitted as any color mode other than CMYK
it will be converted to CMYK. We are not responsible for color shifts if
original work has not been submitted property. Credit or refund will
not be given for non-matching colors or shifts. Please review our File
Preperation section for suggestions on how to get the best color for
work submission. Inkjet and laser prints will look different than offset
printing, and different from wide formate printing. We will produce
pleasing colors using standard ink densities. The finished product
quality will be the best we can produce according to our equipment
abilities. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions
Depending on the product specifications, additional fees may apply.
$35.00 Rip Fee, $65.00 Design Fee, $25.00 layout fee. The fee's listed
are not a complete list. Fee's are determined & based by a
customer's specifications, difficulty of work, et cetera. If we discover
a customer's project will require additional fees, we will notify the
customer prior to production work.
Color accuracy of proofs are an approximate facsimili & cannot be
guaranteed, because of differences in monitors, proofs are not printed
on the same material as the final product so colors will vary depending
on final material & production process, also proof colorings are not
calibrated or balanced.
Prefered file type is Adobe PDF. Acceptable applications ( not limited
to) are the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop). Files
submitted in other formats cannot be guaranteed, ie: Microsoft Office
Suite. Refer to our File Preperations Guidelines
for more information. All files should be fully converted to CMYK
format. Embed & Include all fonts. Flatten Images with CMYK in EPS
or .tiff formats.
First electronic proof is free and will be emailed or shipped to the
customer. Production begins after approval of final proof. NO VERBAL
APPROVALS, all approvals must be in writing. Prices are subject to
change without notice. Prices do not include tax, additional fees, or
Payment- On-line payment is due in advance, unless other arrangements have been made prior to placing an order.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their images are
legally reproductable & that they have in their possession written
approval of respective owners. By placing an order with AZ Sign Shop
& it's affiliates, customers agree in the even of any legal issues
arising from their order they will hold AZ Sign Shop harlmess.

Content- AZ Sign Shop reserves the right to refuse inappropriate submissions, determined by Az Sign Shop.
Sign Shop makes no warranties or guarantees in regard to accuracy of
customer submitted files. Proofs are mandatory to be signed off on,
prior to production, & will be produced AS IS upon approved by the
customer. We are not responsible for damages or loss of revenue that may
result from delays in shipping or production. If any of the above
limitations do not apply to your state's jurisdictions in part on whole
it does not void this document.
Privacy- You must be at least 18 years of age or have assistance from a parent or guardian before using our website.
We reserve the right to correct inaccuaracies, omissions, prices,
descriptions, errors relating to productions, availability, & update
information anytime with or without prior notice.
Customer Submitted Information Files-
AZ Sign Shop & their affiliates have an unrestricted license to
use/display/reproduce/modify/transmit & distribute information &
designs given to us by customers to the extent permitted by Law- we
reserve the right to use photos of customer artwork/products for use on
our website gallery as samples of our work that we have completed. AZ
Sign Shop will not sell images or information given to us by customers
unless prior written consent has been given.

subsidaries, supplier, employees harmless ( including reasonable
attorney fees) related to your violation of this agreement.
Third Party- We make no representations or warrienties as to any products or services offerend from a Third Party Vendor.
services provided by the AZ Sign Shop are subject to these terms and
conditions. By requesting AZ Sign Shop to perform services and produce
products for you, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions without
modification. Customers are responsible for reviewing our terms and
conditions prior to submitting request for work. Customers agree to
indemnify and hold AZ Sign Shop, its parent and affiliate companies,
subcontractors and employees harmless.
