Sign Shop offers a range of shipping options, so actual shipping times
may vary depending on product weight, size, quantity, delivery method
chosen, and material availability. Some custom orders may require
additional time to process, but you will be notified if we foresee an
unusual delay. Most Custom and Stock products are shipped from our
facility within 3 to 5 business days, after final proof approval,
customers choose their desired method of shipping during the checkout
process and can request expedited shipping in Quick Quoter or By calling
after placing order.. A flat or freight rate is charged for most
products unless your product is marked as a "Free Shipping Product". Our
shipping rates are calculated for commercial delivery in the Continuous
US State, Call for Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska. If your order is
being sent to a residence, additional fees may apply. If our on-line
shipping estimated system discovers an inaccurate shipping estimate, the
customer will be notified prior to the products production.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, custom duty fees, VAT, and handling fees that apply to your order.

Turn and 2-5 day Shipping or Next Day for 1 Day Turn and 1-2 day shipping

Every job is custom made to customer specifications so turnaround times
are varied and can only be estimated. AZ Sign Shop makes every effort to
provide quality products in a timely manner. If the customer notifies
us of a time sensitive project, we will work with the customer to make
sure that we can meet the customer's deadlines.
Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee based on production
status. Fees are as follows: $25.00 before 1st proof sent; $55.00 prior
to final approval. Jobs cannot be cancelled after final approval and
full amount is due.
Refunds will be In-House credit ONLY. Because of the custom nature of
our products, we cannot offer money based refunds. If the customer is
dissatisfied with a product because of a manufacturer inferiority, items
must be returned in whole and a determination will be made on a case by
